Mō te tūranga - About the role These positions are based across the Southern region and we have a number of different opportunities, both full and part-time. You'll be responsible for maintaining the Oral Health of children in our clinics, educating children and their families on Oral Health and the prevention of Oral Health disease. You will recognise, diagnose and treat oral abnormalities and disease and where appropriate refer children for further treatment. You will work alongside a Dental Assistant as part of a wider team who is committed to delivering quality health services.
Mōu ake - About you We are looking for enthusiastic; team-players who are keen to grow their knowledge and skills with a proactive approach towards learning. Excellent communication, natural empathy for children and interpersonal skills are essential. You will need to have the flexibility to be able to cover rostered evening shifts. You will also need to be able to work in other clinics throughout the region; on occasion, this may see you staying away overnight.
