Proxy Voting Form
Members are able to appoint a proxy to vote for them at AGM if they are unable to attend. Please return the completed form by the specified date and time if appropriate.
A copy of the President's Report and Motions and Proposal received will be sent to you prior to the AGM. Please keep an eye out for these within the next month in your email inbox.
