General Events Cancellation Policy

Cancellations one (1) month prior to the event date will receive an 80% refund, and cancellations seven (7) days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the event will not receive any refund. 

2024 NZOHA Conference Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Planners at treasurer@nzoha.org.nz.

Registration Fees: Cancellations before 30 April 2024 will incur an $150.00  cancellation fee. Cancellations from 1 May to 15th June 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 16 June 2024 will receive no refund.

Gala Dinner Fee: Payments are non-refundable on 16 June 2024.

Membership - To maintain a membership rate NZOHA membership MUST be paid in full at the time of the conference.

DISCLAIMER

The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Planners will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Organiser reserves the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion. 

Should the event not be able to be held due to national lockdown or natural disaster NZOHA accepts no responsibility for costs incurred to travel plans.

NZOHA accepts no responsibility in the unlikely event that Covid19 is spread during the event. Views and opinions shared by speakers are not necessarily shared by NZOHA executive.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is to be made via credit card at the time of registration in the NZOHA members portal. 
Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Acknowledgements: Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your registration. 

FEE

The fee advertised includes GST but excludes any credit card and processing fees which may be charged. 

ATTENDANCE

Each delegate will receive a name badge upon event check-in. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Conference Planners expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
